From direct case management and crisis intervention to organizational strategy and executive leadership, Keisha has built her career around one fundamental belief: when you strengthen the system, you strengthen the people it was created to serve.
As Deputy Director at Aniz Inc, Keisha provides strategic and operational leadership across organizational planning, policy development, compliance, fiscal oversight, funding development, program administration, board relations, and community partnerships. She works closely with executive leadership, staff, and stakeholders to translate vision into action while maintaining the accountability, structure, and sustainability necessary for an organization to thrive.
Before stepping into executive leadership, Keisha held progressive roles across behavioral health, social services, homelessness and underserved communities, substance use services, crisis response, and case management. Her experience includes leading regional social service initiatives with The Salvation Army Georgia Division, overseeing compliance and quality improvement, supporting grant-funded programs, developing staff, monitoring contracts, and guiding organizations toward measurable outcomes.
What distinguishes Keisha is her ability to connect people, strategy, and purpose. She understands that effective leadership is not simply about managing operations; it is about building cultures where people can perform, creating systems that work, and making strategic decisions that move an organization forward.
A natural problem-solver and relationship builder, Keisha brings a leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, collaboration, and results. She is particularly passionate about organizational development, community impact, leadership development, and creating sustainable pathways for individuals and families to thrive.
Keisha holds a Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Addiction and Recovery Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Liberty University.
